What’s the catch? Why is this free?
Most properties want to offer guests better local experiences, but the technology is expensive, time-consuming to manage, and often difficult to justify operationally. We built the simpler model. When guests book experiences through the app, we earn a small commission from our marketplace partners, so the property pays nothing while still delivering a better guest experience.
How is this different from a guest app?
Most guest apps focus on operational tasks like check-in, billing, room controls, and guest requests. We focus on what guests do outside the property: discovering the best nearby experiences, restaurants, tours, and activities, all sorted by proximity to your property and instantly bookable from their phone. We’re the modern, mobile-first version of what rack cards and concierge desks have traditionally helped guests with.
How do guests get to the app?
Guests reach the app three ways: a QR code displayed at your property, a short URL they can type in, or a pre-arrival email you send before they arrive. The pre-arrival email is the most effective channel by a wide margin. Guests arrive already knowing the app exists and have used it before they reach your lobby. The QR code and short URL catch the rest. We'll walk you through all three options during setup.
Do I have to sign anything?
No contracts. No subscription fees. No long-term commitment. If you decide it's not a fit, you can stop using it anytime.
How long until my guide is live?
Most properties are live within 48 hours. We build the guide, send you the link and QR code, and you decide how and where to share it with guests.
