By using this website or any guest concierge app we build, you agree to these terms. Read them carefully. If anything is unclear, email info@thecoastalconcierge.com.

1. The service

The Coastal Concierge builds guest concierge web apps for properties. The free tier (“Starter”) is provided at no cost with no contract and runs under Coastal Concierge branding. Paid tiers add custom property branding and are subject to their published pricing, which may be changed with reasonable notice.

2. No contract on free

The Starter tier is free for as long as we offer it. You can stop using it at any time and we’ll take the app down on request, no penalty, no recovery fee.

3. Account security

You’re responsible for the security of your own login credentials. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. Content and recommendations

Local recommendations, tour listings, weather, and similar content are provided for informational purposes and may change. We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate but don’t guarantee completeness. Bookings placed through partners (e.g. Viator, local operators) are subject to those partners’ terms.

5. Service availability

We work to keep the service reliable but don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice where practical.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Coastal Concierge isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it’s limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (zero, for free users).

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Middle District of Florida.

8. Changes

We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top and, where appropriate, by direct notice to customers.
